Target 1
Empowering Student Learning
To develop strategies and resources for teachers to enhance student learning.
A review of current strategies and resources will be carried out and the development of new more relevant teaching resources will be an outcome. Sharing these and supporting all staff in their application will be a feature of this initiative.
Target 2
Career Education
To continue the development of all teachers to become Career Educators
Staff training sessions at staff meetings and information sessions for groups of staff will be held as well as on going professional development through the professional learning group.
Target 3
E Learning
To raise student achievement through the use of e learning.
On going staff development and training in the use of ICT’s in their planning and teaching will be key feature of this professional learning group. Training and support will be available to all staff.
